Robin Myran, MSN, RN, PCCN, is Clinical Program Manager in Performance Improvement for Providence St. Joseph Health System (PSJH). Robin currently leads the PSJH system-wide sepsis collaborative, which includes participants from 50 hospitals across 7 states. This collaborative focuses on improvement science education and spreading best practices related to sepsis patients across the system. Previously, Robin served as the Sepsis Coordinator at Hoag Memorial Hospital, where she provided management and oversight of the sepsis program, led the multidisciplinary sepsis team, and acted as a subject matter expert for clinicians. Robin has been involved in the implementation of many performance improvement initiatives that focused on adopting best practice, decreasing variation, and optimizing IT resources to improve outcomes while decreasing costs.
